  • No, you don't need to be home for us to perform our services. We just ask that you provide us access to your lawn and secure pets indoors.

  • In case of bad weather, we may reschedule your service to the next available slot at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction and the safety of our team are our top priorities.

  • Please ensure that the lawn area is accessible, remove any large debris, and secure pets indoors. This helps us provide efficient and safe service.

Policies and Standards

  • We actively partner with the property management companies in the neighborhoods we support to develop a deep understanding of the CC&Rs and other requirements they may have for your yard. If we do not meet those requirements through our lawn maintenance programs and you receive a fine, we will pay it and make it right. This guarantee is included in all of our weekly maintenance packages.

  • Our services are designed to meet and exceed HOA landscaping standards. Before we advertise our services in a community, we take the time to meet with the HOA or Property Management Company to talk through what they see and what they specifically look out for which isn’t always found in the governing docs. We also work to stay updated on any changes to the governing docs to ensure our work not only satisfies but surpasses their requirements.

  • If you're ever dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will return to address the issue at no extra cost, ensuring your satisfaction.

  • Yes, the safety of your family and pets is paramount. We use pet and child-friendly products and methods to keep your lawn healthy and safe for everyone to enjoy.

Payment and Billing

  • We offer convenient online billing and accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, etc. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, and we provide easy online payment options for your convenience through email and text.

  • We do not. We ask for maintenance customer that you supply a credit card to keep on file. We will then set you up for reoccurring services and billing on a schedule that matches your needs. You can cancel at any time.

Referral Program

  • Signing up is simple! If your neighbor signs up, we will automatically apply the discount when we see neighbors with address’s next to each other. No extra work is needed from you!

Safety and Compliance

  • Yes we are fully licensed and bonded with the State of Washington. Our general contractors license number is NEIGHLS765DJ and we hold additional business licenses with the Department of Revenue.

  • Currently, Neighbors Lawn Services owners (Sarah & Kameron) are the only operators. When we decide to scale up and need additional crews, all Neighbors Lawn Services employees will be fully employed by us W2. We will ensure that we run background checks and follow strict hiring principals to ensure that customers have peace of mind with who is on their property.

  • We recommend watering your lawn early in the morning, 2-3 times a week, allowing for deeper water penetration and healthier roots. Typically you will want around 1/4 - 1/2 of an inch per watering session and this can be measured by placing a bowl in your yard to collect water. However, this can vary based on your specific lawn type and local weather conditions. We're happy to provide personalized advice for your lawn's needs.
